Tri-Valley Haven’s ‘Client Choice’ Food Pantry distributes free groceries, fresh produce, and essential household items to low-income residents throughout the Tri-Valley area, serving well over 4,000 individuals each month. Open year-round, 6 days a week, the pantry provides healthy, nutritious options while also serving as a gateway to Tri-Valley Haven’s homeless services. Using the “client choice” model, guests are empowered to select foods that best meet their family’s dietary needs, ensuring both dignity and personalized support in a welcoming environment.

Tuesday- Donations 11am-3pm/ Food distribution 1pm-5pm
Wednesday- Donations 11am-3pm/ Food distribution 1pm-5pm

Friday- Donations 11am-3pm/ Food distribution 12pm-4pm

Donations
Tri-Valley Haven’s Food Pantry accepts a wide variety of donations from food to baby products to hygienic supplies. Here is a list of our most commonly asked-for food items:
- Flour (Small 2–5 lb bags)
- Sugar (Small 2–5 lb bags)
- Oil (Small bottles, 32 oz or less)
- Granola Bars
- Peanut Butter
- Jelly (Any Flavor)
- Spaghetti/Pastas/Mac & Cheese
- Seasonings (Salt, Pepper, Garlic Salt, etc.)
- Coffee (Instant or Ground)
- Oatmeal
- Ramen Noodles
- Chili
- Soups
- Canned Fruits
- Canned/Dry Beans
- Snacks for Kids (Fruit Snacks, Chips, Cookies)
- Diapers/Wipes (Size 5 and up)
- Gluten-Free Items
- Sugar-Free Items
- Milk (Lactose-Free, Whole, 2%, Almond, Oat)
