Help for Tri-Valley Families at Risk of Losing SNAP (CalFresh) Benefits

Beginning November 1, 2025, many Tri-Valley families will lose their SNAP (CalFresh) benefits, a devastating change that will leave thousands struggling to put food on the table. This reduction in support will especially impact local children and working families who already face difficult choices between food, housing, and basic needs. Tri-Valley Haven operates the largest food pantry in the Tri-Valley area, providing free, healthy groceries to thousands of residents each month.

Tri-Valley Haven Food Pantry

The pantry distributes free groceries, fresh produce, and essential household items. Using the “client choice” model, guests are empowered to select foods that best meet their family’s dietary needs, ensuring both dignity and personalized support in a welcoming environment.

The pantry is located at 150 North L Street in Livermore is open six days a week: Monday through Thursday from 1–5 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from noon–4 p.m.
