Welcome to the Tri-Valley Haven 2024 Holiday Program! This initiative is designed to bring joy and support to our clients and community members during the holiday season. We offer essential services such as gift donations, meal assistance, and opportunities for community engagement, ensuring that everyone has access to the warmth and cheer that the holidays can bring. This program is open to all Tri-Valley Haven clients as well as community members in need. To participate, simply complete the registration form below. If you have any questions or need assistance, our team is here to help. Together, let’s make this holiday season a time of hope, joy, and connection.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I qualify?

  • You must be a resident of Livermore, Pleasanton, Dublin, or Sunol.
  • If you are NOT a resident, please contact 211 or your local city to find out where you can get assistance.

When is registration?

  • Registration opens October 28th and ends November 18th.
    • No registration on November 11th.
    • You can register on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays between 1PM – 4 PM only.

Where can I register?

  • At the back entrance of our food pantry located at 150 N L Street in Livermore in the same parking lot as our thrift store.
  • Please do not ask food pantry staff/volunteers for assistance with registration as they will not be able to do so.

What will I receive from Tri-Valley Haven’s two-part program?

  • On Monday, November, 25th, we distribute turkeys and trimmings needed for Thanksgiving.
  • Clients receive a card with a designated date and time to “shop” for free gifts at our site.

Do I need to bring anything?

  • Please bring your driver’s license or a current bill that confirms your name and physical address in Livermore, Pleasanton Dublin or Sunol.
  • If this is your first time participating in our holiday program, you will have to fill out a client intake sheet upon arrival. You can also access this sheet ahead of time on our website at https://trivalleyhaven.org/food-pantry/ fill it out, print it and bring it to the food pantry during registration days/times.

Can I register more than once? Can I register for my friend?

  • No. One registration per household only.
  • No. You cannot register on someone else’s behalf.

Where do I go for distribution?

  • Details are given upon registration in the form of a barcoded cardstock unique to each registration. You MUST keep the barcoded cardstock to receive services for the holiday program. Barcodes cannot be reused for multiple families/individuals.

If I register and cannot attend on distribution days, can I come another day?

  • No. We will only distribute gifts on the designated days and hours.
