Under the direct supervision of the Executive Director, the Director of Finance and Compliance is responsible for overseeing the organization’s financial health, regulatory compliance, and information technology systems. The Director of Finance and Compliance is a key member of the leadership team, responsible for ensuring sound financial planning, risk management, and the efficient operation and security of the organization’s technology infrastructure. The Director will supervise finance and IT staff and collaborate across departments to support the organization’s mission and strategic objectives.
